Symptoms :: I no joke HAVE to eat every hour & a half / 2 hours. Usually it goes – breakfast, snack, lunch (I call it 1st lunch), lighter lunch (2nd lunch), snack, light dinner (1st dinner), dinner (2nd dinner), snack, bed.
Food Aversions :: hamburger meat, bacon,
Food Cravings :: anything salty or sweet (I’ve been craving a doughnut for a few days but I never ended up getting one…)
Sleep :: It’s been taking me a few minutes to fall asleep because I can’t seem to get comfortable. Once I fall asleep I sleep great, but I always wake up at least once to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
Looking Forward To :: my Dr.s appointment this Monday
Baby Purchases :: nothing.
Fun Stories :: last night (Thursday), I was laying in bed and I was thinking about food… and I remembered this story about a gal I know of – when she was pregnant, she would sit in bed with sliced apples and sprinkle salt on it. I tried thinking of other things, but for some reason, that stuck with me, so I sliced an apple and put some salt on it. It was DELICIOUS! Aaron, who was trying to fall asleep next to me, said, “Did you seriously put salt on those?” chuckling, I responded, “yeah!” He was quiet for a second and then said, “Did you do that before you were pregnant?” I thought for a minute, and then said, “um, not really. The only time I’d do it was when I got those protein boxes from Starbucks (the one with the hard boiled egg and bread). I’d put a little salt on my egg and then some on the apples.” He laughed at me, and then rolled over to go to sleep.
