no-bake peanut butter balls

This is one of those delicious snacks that I make weekly. My kids love them and every friend I share with asks for the recipe.



2 cups oats

2 cups peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup of flax seed (optional)




In no particular order, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. I like to go in the order I listed above, but it makes no difference.

Once well mixed, grab a spoon and start making ball shapes. Or just eat it straight out of the bowl 😉

You can place them on a plate or Tupperware, whichever you prefer.
