homeschool update – end of 2020

Rylie finished her last bookwork lesson for 2020 on Saturday (12.19.20) and this girl has been doing such a phenomenal job!

Our core curriculum has mainly focused on writing each letter (upper and lowercase), the sound it makes, numbers and some money recognition (mainly pennies and nickels so far).

I love how they sprinkle games and activities in the curriculum as well like cutting, gluing and identification.

The library letter crafts have been incredible and a wonderful addition to our homeschooling!

This first half of the school year has really helped me see where I need to grow, what Rylie excels in and what we need to spend more time on. I’m excited for this little Christmas/New Year break to regroup and start again strong in January.
