Easter 2021 was so different than last year, and in all the good ways.
The girls woke up to simple Easter buckets with a new water bottle, a book and a chocolate bunny. Rylie also got a pair of slider-sandals for martial arts.
For starters, we were able to attend church vs. watching online which was so fun and special. We captured our family photo after we arrived home before lunch because, let’s be honest, the outfits were not going to last all day ;P
We ate lunch and had quiet time, which Aaron used to hide the Easter eggs – an event he had been looking forward to for months (literally).
When quiet time was over and our family arrived, we started the egg hunt. The girls had an absolute blast and Emmaline screamed with excitement every time she found one.
The girls were so sweet and shared their finds with each other, including Paisley.
Dinner was a yummy barbecue spread but unfortunately I missed the remainder of the evening due to an all-day migraine I couldn’t shake and it became so unbearable I decided to go home and go to bed.
Aside from that, it was an awesome day and a wonderful Easter celebrating Jesus!
[…] also snuck in a clip from Easter since it was the next day and Emmaline is just too hilarious not to share. Go to 8:00 and get ready […]
