our usborne books & more haul – august 2022

Usborne Books & More is a book publishing company I have a referral link with but I haven’t dusted it off in a while. But I was watching someone’s Instagram-Stories and they were raving about their recent UBAM book haul and it sparked me. I love books and I talk about them regularly. Why wasn’t I promoting UBAM’s (who I still love!) and getting that commission check to put towards our adoption?

I decided it was worth getting back into, so I reactivated my link and created a little online gathering to start showing off the books. Of course, I’ve since placed my own order and shared a variety of what they offer on Instagram-Stories, but I wanted to share our book order because it’s been well over a year since I placed my own order with UBAM and the last time I shared it here on the blog was in 2019. Plus, as a mama who loves kid book recommendations – I had to share 😉

Truthfully, I had forgotten the feeling of getting a UBAM package. It was a giddy excitement and the girls screamed with happiness when they tore into the box.

My kids were literally in the pile for a good long while.

When they were done looking through the pages, they asked if we could paint (use the Magic Paint book) and I happily agreed.

What made the Wonder Water book so cool was the kids could use their fingers (dipped in water) to run over the pictures and the color appeared. But once they were done and it had time to dry, the colors disappeared so they can use it again and again. Talk about a great investment!

And these sticker books were perfect for our roadtrip to the Georgia Aquarium.

Anyway, I am so thankful I snagged these books and I cannot wait to continue to grow our home collection and receive more UBAM packages. They truly make everyone in our household happy.
