sweet sleep – a young living class

Do you sleep well?

Do you wake up ready for the day?

Do you toss and turn?

Do you worry your way through the night?

Are you relying on sleep aids that leave you groggy and affect your health?

Are you ready to truly rest?

We spend one third of our life sleeping, so we know that sleep is essential for our health. It is clearly something our bodies need! Yet, so many of us struggle in some way in this area.

We don’t sleep enough.

We wake up throughout the night.

We have trouble falling asleep.

We have trouble functioning because we’re tired.

Well, those days are going to be in the past because we are about to dive into the sweet, life-changing magic of sleep.

We are talking about true rest for your body.

We are talking about true rest for your mind.

We are talking about physical and emotional rest that helps you live your healthiest life

Doesn’t that sound amazing?!

Sleep is so crucial for our health. Proof is in the pudding – Google it!

Are you ready?? Let’s dive in.

There are so many things that can affect our sleep – stress, family responsibilities, work hours, sickness, even our evening habits. And while some of these are out of our control, a lot of what affects our sleep can be shifted towards better habits (and outcomes!).

BLUE LIGHT & DEVICES

We’ve heard that blue light can have detrimental effects on sleep – delaying sleep onset, reducing natural melatonin levels, reducing REM sleep, and even having effects long after we turn off our devices.

But the disruption is due to more than just the blue light. We have to remember that these devices – phones, tablets, computers – are designed to trigger arousal in the brain. They are created to activate the brain. So when we use them before bed, it’s like hitting a mute button on our sleep signals. Our phones, ipads, and computers are a beacon for our brains to activate. So our brains do just that, and then it becomes more difficult for us to sleep.

Ideally we are not using any of our devices during the last 2-3 hours before bed. Friend, this is crucial. We absolutely have to protect our boundaries around technology when it comes to sleep!

ALCOHOL

It’s tempting to turn to a glass of wine or other form of alcohol to help you wind down from the worries of the day. In fact, millions of people turn to alcohol at night as their go-to sleep aid, with around 20% of Americans relying on it to help them fall asleep. But drinking, especially the closer you get to sleep, will actually do you more harm than good.

Alcohol may help you drift off initially, but that down-regulation wears off, causing multiple nighttime awakenings and reduced REM sleep (that deep, recovery sleep we all so desperately need!). Overall, it’s best to avoid alcohol the 2-3 hours before sleep.

When you shift these two habits alone, you can see a big impact on sleep. And when you add in other simple but effective habits, that sweet sleep you have been dreaming of will be within your grasp!

Hang on to your hat friend, we’re getting sciency! But really, essential oils are truly fascinating and can be such a huge boost to our overall health.

Essential oils are simply the aromatic compounds naturally found in shrubs, flowers, roots, leaves, stems and other parts of plants.

The power of an essential oil lies in its individual constituents (the individual compounds and pieces of the plant’s innate systems) and the synergy between those constituents.

Some examples of aromatic constituents of essential oils include terpenes, monoterpenes, and phenols. These are just chemistry words to describe the physical structure of each one. What’s important here is that essential oils have a predominantly ring-like structure that is lipid-soluble.

Why do we care about this sciency ring-lipid-constituent jargon? Because these properties allow essential oils to penetrate cell membranes and travel easily throughout the blood and tissues.

Each cell in the body is surrounded by a lipid membrane, which is good because we don’t want to allow just anything inside the cell. However, it can be difficult for vitamins, minerals, and herbs to reach problem areas, and a lot of money goes towards creating solutions to this. Oils are the perfect design! Small, ringed structure, and lipid-soluble.

Studies over the last decades found that rosemary may enhance alertness + combat candida, orange + lemon demonstrate tumor-suppressing effects, and thyme can wash bacteria from produce. Studies like this are plentiful on PubMed!

There is also the smell-emotion connection to consider! We’ll talk about this a bit more later, but for now just know that inhaling oils can shift our mood, emotions, and sleep-wake patterns.

That was a lot. But here’s the bottom line:

We can use ALL these things to our advantage and curate a toolbox of natural solutions for all of our needs – including sleep!

So how do essential oils help with sleep?

Short answer: because of the power of aromatherapy and the limbic system.

The connection between oils and sleep has a lot to do with the science of oils, the anatomy of the brain, and the way scents affect our brains.

This connection starts in the limbic system, often referred to as the “emotional brain”. This portion of the brain contains the hippocampus, amygdala, hypothalamus and thalamus. It handles emotional response, anger, fear, libido, hormone function, behavior, motivation, long and short-term memory, sleep patterns, reproduction, and… sense of smell.

When you breathe in an essential oil, molecules enter the limbic system and elicit a physical and emotional response. The exact details of how smells impact emotions are difficult to define BUT we do know that smell absolutely DOES elicit these responses, and we can use this information to our advantage.

Because each essential oil is derived from a different plant part, every oil has a completely unique chemical profile. The chemical profile of an essential oil is what determines its benefits. For example, some constituents can give an oil a soothing or calming aroma (Lavender, Cedarwood, Peace & Calming), while other constituents can make an oil cleansing, cooling, or invigorating (Tea Tree, Peppermint, Lemon).

When it comes to supporting healthy sleep, using essential oils with more calming aromas can be useful for creating a relaxing atmosphere. We can use the scent-brain connection to help slow our brainwaves and move our physical bodies towards sleep.

A good night of sleep always makes you feel amazing, but did you know that sleep has even more effects than just having energy?

Sleep helps to:

  • Strengthen the immune system
  • Sharpen your ability to focus
  • Provide mental clarity and strong decision making
  • Reduce stress levels
  • Help maintain healthy weight
  • Increase your positive outlook and mood

When we sleep, our brains and bodies go through important processes necessary for growth, learning and memory, and recuperation of our body systems. Without sleep our bodies cannot effectively make more white blood cells, create neurons, repair muscle, produce antioxidants, or generate nerve pathways, making sleep as important for survival as food and water.

Poor sleep (especially chronic poor sleep!) triggers a cascade of negative consequences – from insulin resistance to heart disease to difficulty concentrating to anxiety (and more).

But as important as sleep is for our physical bodies, it is even more important for our brains. Having enough quality sleep is essential for our brains to function correctly and for us to feel emotionally stable.

Think about a toddler who needs a nap. Let’s visualize it.

They are whining, cranky, and every little mishap sends them into a downward spiral.

They trip and the tears start flowing.

The banana breaks in half and they start crying harder.

A sibling looks at them and they just lose it completely.

Their brains truly cannot function properly at this point. They don’t have access to the prefrontal cortex where logical thinking occurs because they are tired.

This exact same thing happens to us adults, especially in the presence of chronic poor sleep.

We know that our sense of smell is directly related to our emotions, sleep cycle, and mood because of the limbic system. This means that we can intentionally use aromatherapy to process past emotional traumas, rewire the signals in our brains and set the stage for deep sleep and true physical and emotional rest.

This knowledge carries such incredible significance for us.

This empowers us with practical tools for our emotional and physical health.

This means that WE have the power to change our emotions.

WE have the power to change our habits.

WE have the power to create an environment of health for ourselves on a daily basis.

Like we mentioned, aromatherapy (breathing in essential oils) sends messages to our brain through our cranial nerves and limbic system. This means that inhaling oils triggers this area, helping us to rest, reset, and recharge.

Diffusing is a great way to get the benefit of these oils – for yourself and especially for more than one individual!

When you want to use the power of scent to help you sleep, simply establish a positive association.

For example, grab Cedarwood essential oil and add 10 or so drops to your diffuser, then set it next to you as part of your wind down routine.Diffuse while you shower, wash your face, meditate or journal, all the while breathing in the calming scent of Cedarwood. With this routine, you’ve created the optimal sleeping environment, which helps you get a good night of rest.

The next night, you use Cedarwood during your wind down routine again. Let’s say you do this for a few nights in a row. Eventually, when you breathe in the aroma of Cedarwood essential oil, you’ll have a positive association between its scent and sleep.

Once this positive association is established, you can use Cedarwood as part of your regular routine to signal to your brain that it’s time for rest.

Adding this habit to your daily routine can have a huge impact on your sleep!

Essential oils are everywhere these days (they are finally getting the hype they deserve!) – but that doesn’t mean that all the oils you see around are created equally.

In fact, if you have tried oils before but didn’t get the results you wanted, it was likely because you were using poor quality oils. (And if it was a Young Living oil, you just likely just needed  to use it more frequently and consistently!)

Did you know that the essential oil industry is not regulated, so companies will label bottles with claims of being pure even if they contain synthetics, additives or fragrances? Or that the chemicals used to extract an oil become bound to the oil itself and don’t have to be listed on an ingredient list? Alarming, right?

That (among other reasons!) is why we love and use Young Living.

Young Living is a company dedicated to purity and purpose. In a world of bottom lines and investor-driven quotas, this family-owned, farm-driven group of people simply want to create the very best, sustainable oils and products for the people you care about.

Products that will bring you thriving physical, mental, and emotional health.

Products that will be convenient and easy for you to incorporate into your busy day.

Seed to Seal is the YL commitment that helps ensure that with every pure essential oil and Young Living product your family uses, you’re enjoying the benefits of global resources, industry leadership, and over two decades of innovation. The result? A pristine final product that you know has been created with conscientious Sourcing, Science, and Standards—the three pillars of the Seed to Seal promise! Read more about it HERE.

We highly recommend making it a goal to visit one of Young Living’s worldwide farms someday! It is an educational experience you will never forget. Maybe you’ll even get to plant some lavender that will one day be distilled into a bottle and shipped to your door!

Meanwhile, you have that level of personal dedication to quality and your success in your health journey right here in this app and with the person who enrolled you. You loving your results is the goal. And we know you will.

Just like creating nourishing routines in other areas of our lives provides huge changes to our health, creating a routine around sleep will do the same! This doesn’t have to be elaborate (think simple shifts & habits!) and actually starts long before you think about heading to bed.

Before we dive into how to create a routine, let’s revisit our devices – phone, tablets, computers. How many of us reach for one of those immediately upon awakening? (Guilty!) If there were one habit for us to shift, ditching electronics in the bedroom would be the one!

You know how you sleep more lightly when you have to be up for an interview, to catch a flight, or some other important event? The same thing happens when we immediately look at our phones or computers in the morning!

Our bodies experience a rush of anticipatory anxiety (almost always subconsciously) that can actually worsen our sleep at night. Ideally there is an hour or more from the time you wake until you are checking your devices.

To break this habit, start with waiting for 5 minutes to look at your phone. The next morning wait 10, then 15 until you reach your goal.

When the time comes to wind down before bed, we want to make sure we set the environment for sleep.

  • Keep your room cool, dark and quiet.
  • Diffuse calming, sleep-supportive essential oils.
  • Utilize a fan or box fan for a quiet drone if desired.
  • If you struggle with sleep or staying asleep, remove clock faces from the bedroom.
  • Keep all electronics out of the bedroom. If you have a phone in your room, make a rule where you have to be standing up to use it. This will help keep you from procrastinating sleep with your devices!

Create an individualized wind down routine. Falling asleep takes time to occur, and it happens gradually, so wind down time is essential. This could be 15-30 minutes, depending on your individual preferences and needs.

  • Add your preferred oils to your diffuser and turn it on.
  • Apply essential oils to the back of the neck and chest and/or use a massage oil with calming essential oils over your legs and arms.
  • Perform light stretches, journaling, or meditation to calm the mind and body.
  • Keep the lights low and take a bath or shower or use relaxation techniques to trigger your brain towards sleep.
  • Avoid tablets, computers, and phones, especially in the bedroom.
  • Add in sleep-supporting supplements as needed and desired.

Other considerations:

  • Don’t go to bed hungry or overly stuffed. Avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Have a nutrient dense snack 30-60 minutes before bed if needed (protein, healthy fat).
  • Avoid nicotine, caffeine and alcohol three hours (or more) before bedtime.
  • Exercise daily, ideally outside. Regular physical activity can promote better sleep, and being exposed to daylight during the first half of the day helps create healthy melatonin and cortisol levels.

Did you know that the health of your gut directly affects your mood, your immune system, and your sleep–wake cycle?! Sounds a little wild, but it’s true!

Our bodies are intricately connected with circulation and nerves innervating all of our organs, creating the ‘gut-brain axis.’ This means that the health of our gut affects our brains, which includes influencing normal sleep patterns.

The bacteria in our bellies help create important chemical messengers in the brain (serotonin and dopamine) that affect our sleep-wake cycle. When we have an imbalance of bacteria in the gut, serotonin levels decline, and sleep issues arise.

The reverse is also true! Sleep affects the microbiome and the microbiome affects sleep. They have a cyclical relationship, and if one isn’t functioning properly, the other will be impacted as well.

There are so many great (and simple!) ways to support gut health – and therefore sleep! Here are the top three to get started (and if you need a little more support in this area, we have you covered!). The best part? These are incredibly easy habits to add to your routine!

AlkaLime Powder

So many modern foods are loaded with (often hidden!) sugars and stimulants, impeding the body’s ability to foster a healthy pH balance in the gut. AlkaLime works to combat this with high-alkaline salts and other yeast-fighting elements such as citric acid and lemon and lime essential oils! AlkaLime works as a natural alkalizing supplement to maintain optimal pH in the stomach, which helps keep a good balance of bacteria that produce neurotransmitters like serotonin!

Life 9 Probiotic

Many health professionals consider regularly taking a high quality probiotic to be one of the core pieces to a healthy gut which in turn is a key to brain, immune, skin health and more. Think about it, everything we eat or drink is sent through our digestive system, so keeping a good balance of bacteria here is crucial!

Manage Stress

Stress literally affects every part of our health, so finding ways to manage stress and release emotional burdens is critical to all parts of health as well! And if you’re thinking that it sounds well and good to manage stress, but that you have way too much of it then you’re in the right place, friend. We’ve got you covered on that front too! For now, here are a few ideas to help in this area:

  • Meditation: start with just 5 minutes of quiet in the morning and evening
  • Journaling and visualization: these can be powerful tools for processing trauma, pain or extreme hardship
  • Breathing exercises: breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 8, out for 4 and still your mind as you do so.

Adding these three habits to your daily routine will go a long way towards healthy sleep!

Ok we all know that quality nutrition and sleep play a fundamental role in our health, but the complex and important relationships between them are frequently overlooked.

Diet and nutrition can influence the quality of your sleep, and certain foods and drinks can make it harder to get the sleep that you need (hello alcohol!). At the same time, getting enough sleep helps us maintain healthy weight, manage stress, recover from exercise and much more.

So when we are giving our bodies vitamins, minerals, and nutrient-dense foods, we have more capability to recover and replenish. A nourished body simply sleeps better!

Enter NingXia Red.

Ningxia Red is our favorite supplement. It is an antioxidant powerhouse that helps us sleep better, get and keep glowing skin, keep a healthy immune system, have healthy energy levels, and much much more.

This supplement drink is made from wolfberry puree, blueberry, plum, cherry, aronia, and pomegranate juices, grape seed extract, Yuzu, Tangerine, Lemon and Orange essential oils and has some amazing health benefits!  It is the highest known protection against the dangerous superoxide free radicals, as documented in the S-ORAC test conducted by Brunswick Laboratories.

One ounce of Ningxia Red has the antioxidant power of:

4 Pounds Carrots

2 Quarts Carrot Juice

8 Oranges

1 Pint Orange Juice

2 Pounds Beets

2 Cups Beet Juice

3 Cups Raspberries

2 Cups Blueberries

… combined!

NingXia Red is rich in ellagic acid, polyphenols, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals. In addition, it has 18 amino acids, 21 trace minerals, beta-carotene, and vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E. It is an excellent whole-food source of nutrients that gives energy and strength to the body.

NingXia Red is definitely something you want in your daily lineup – for sleep and for overall health!

Whether you want to admit it or not, everyone snores a little bit! It’s a natural occurrence due to the relaxed state your throat moves into during sleep. But for some people, snoring can be severe enough to disrupt sleep, and we know that we need sleep! So what do we do?

Grab a bottle of Valor!

This essential oil blend is a fan favorite, and for good reason. Valor is an incredible blend of Frankincense, Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, Camphor Wood, and Geranium essential oils that helps promote balance and grounding.

Remember our friend Blue Tansy? This oil, especially when combined with grounding oils like Frankincense and spruce, is amazing for cueing our Central Nervous System to calm down and rest. Valor is hands-down one of our favorite oils for releasing emotional blocks and processing emotions!

Using Valor for sleep support can be as simple as applying some to your shoulders, the bottoms of your feet, and the back of your neck. Also apply it to the bottom of each big toe to specifically help with snoring!

Valor is also the ultimate diffuser oil with its deep, grounding fragrance. Use alone, with Cedarwood, with Peace & Calming or with Frankincense!

Other simple (but effective!) tricks for snoring:

  • Create and maintain a solid unwind routine
  • Sleep on your side
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Use a diffuser beside the bed – it also acts as a humidifier!
  • Apply Peppermint or Eucalyptus over the chest to help open airways
  • Try mouth taping – wearing a porous patch over the mouth will cause you to breathe through the nose and change the angle of the palate and the tongue
  • Support a healthy gut with Life 9 Probiotic and DiGize essential oil blend
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine
  • Try throat and tongue exercises – strong muscles in the throat and tongue can prevent over-relaxation and snoring!

We’ve mentioned all the critical processes that are restored during sleep (nervous system, immunity, critical thinking, and more), but how does that actually happen? It happens because of the sleep process and stages.

When we sleep we cycle through three stages of non-rapid eye movement (or NREM) sleep and one stage of rapid eye movement (or REM) sleep. Each plays a role in healing and recovery, with REM sleep being incredibly important for recovery and overall health.

Stage 1 NREM

This is where we transition from wakefulness to light sleep and brain activity begins slowing down. Breathing and heart rate slow, muscles relax with occasional twitches, and eye movements decrease. This allows us to move to Stage 2

Stage 2 NREM

During this stage, we tend to experience low-frequency brain waves, briefly interrupted by bursts of high-frequency brainwaves. Eye movements stop, body temperature drops, and we fall into a period of light sleep.

Stage 3 NREM

Also called slow-wave sleep, this is a time of deep sleep characterized by even slower brain waves than in stages one and two. This stage of slow brain waves is crucial for you to feel revitalized in the morning. When our brains aren’t firing back and forth at a high speed, they can actually recover!

REM

About 90 minutes after you fall asleep, REM sleep begins. REM sleep is marked by intense brain activity and is characterized by rapid eye movements, faster breathing, and heart rate and blood pressure similar to waking levels. Most dreaming occurs during this stage, but voluntary muscles like your arms and legs are relaxed.

REM sleep is believed to play a role in memory consolidation, learning, and mood regulation. The first time you cycle through the four sleep stages, REM sleep lasts about 10 minutes. However, it gets progressively longer as you repeat the sleep cycle during the night, so the final REM sleep may last an hour.

This is one reason why getting enough sleep is so important! REM sleep is critical for a healthy brain, and we want to give our bodies the opportunity to stay in REM sleep as long as possible.

Peace and Calming is one of my favorite oils and it’s one of Young Living’s most popular blends, and for good reason! Peace and Calming is a unique blend of Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, and Blue Tansy that will surely become a favorite in your family to relax and calm emotions.

This oil is at the top of our sleep arsenal. Because of the Blue Tansy and how it combines with the other oils, this blend can signal overtired and overworked body systems that it is now a safe space to release stress and tension and enter into rest.

Peace & Calming is also incredibly soothing to the emotions, which we’ve mentioned have a big impact on our ability to truly rest. This oil can help our brains lay down control, release pain and trauma, and move forward from a place of safety.

Peace & Calming is a wonderful blend to reach for when you feel out of your depth, out of control, or just unease. Blue Tansy is calming for our Central Nervous System, and when combined with uplifting citrus oils, grounding Patchouli, and relaxing Ylang ylang, these oils can help us usher in a feeling of soul-level rest.

Sweet Sleep Habits with Peace & Calming

  • Diffuse in all bedrooms at night to promote restful sleep.
  • Rub drops on wrists or back of neck to promote a calm, relaxed state. This is a great way to help tired children wind down busy bodies and minds after active days.
  • Apply all over the body with Relaxation Massage oil or carrier as a body oil during your wind down routine.
  • Apply Peace & Calming to the bottoms of feet at night as part of a bedtime ritual for your whole family.
  • Add 4–5 drops to 1 cup of Epsom salt for a centering bath as part of a calming evening routine.
  • Diffuse alone or with Lavender and use in a roller as desired.

Cedarwood essential oil feels like a walk through a beautiful forest – warm, welcoming and calming to the senses. This oil is great for everything from focus to skincare to sleep and is one we always have on hand when it comes to sweet, sweet sleep.

Remember when we talked about essential oil science and mentioned constituents? The individual components of an oil? Well Cedarwood is high in constituents called sesquiterpenes.

Why do we care, you may ask? Because sesquiterpenes specifically stimulate the limbic system of the brain, in turn elevating our mood and calming the body. They work with our brains and bodies to actually calm and lower our brain waves from states of excited to focused or focused to meditative/sleep.

Did you catch that?? Cedarwood can literally help us slow down our brain waves to set the stage for rest.

Isn’t that amazing?!

And we have barely scratched the surface of what this versatile oil can do. Skin feeling dry? Grab Cedarwood. Feeling emotionally blocked? Grab Cedarwood. Looking for lush hair and lashes? Grab Cedarwood!

Sweet Sleep Habits with Cedarwood

  • Make a Sweet Dreams sleep roller with 20 drops each Lavender, Cedarwood and carrier. Apply over to the big toe, bottom of the feet, neck and behind ears before bed or more frequently as desired.
  • Make these Sweet Dreams Bath Salts to use before bedtime: mix 1 cup magnesium flakes, ½ cup epsom salts, 10 drops each Lavender, Cedarwood essential oils. Add to a glass jar and mix well.
  • Apply all over the body with Relaxation Massage oil or carrier as a body oil during your wind down routine.
  • Diffuse this oil alone or with Lavender to support sleep.

Every person has their nuances when it comes to sleep. Maybe you like having white noise and your spouse doesn’t. Maybe you like to sleep with a blanket despite the season and your children don’t.

The same way that we all have preferences that make our sleep better, we all have oils that we like or that work a little better for us when it comes to sleep!

We’ve already talked about our top two when it comes to true, deep rest, but here are some other favorites to check out as you curate your individual wind down routine.

SleepyIze

This gentle blend combines some of our absolute favorites for sweet sleep – Lavender, Geranium, Roman chamomile, Tangerine, Bergamot, Sacred Frankincense, Valerian, Rue! And it is pre-diluted and specifically formulated for the little oilers in your life (ages 2+!) – making things easy on you!

Diffuse, apply this oil to yourself and your little ones before bed to help promote feelings of relaxation and tranquility and create a calming, restful atmosphere.

Lavender

Lavender is the loving grandmother of essential oils. It is a must-have for every home because of its versatility. Skincare, relaxation, seasonal air quality issues, even first aid all fall under things we’d use Lavender to help.

Lavender has a scent that’s a wonderful blend of fresh, floral, clean, and calm and is synonymous with sleep! Diffuse, apply, make a linen spray. However you use it, Lavender is a great tool for sleep.

Seedlings Calm (another one of my top favorites)

Dreamland is only a few drops away with the soft, relaxing, floral notes of the Seedlings Calm essential oil blend! This sweet blend was formulated with the tiniest oilers in your family in mind and combines Lavender, Coriander, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, and Geranium to create the most relaxing atmosphere. Seedlings Calm was specifically designed to help parents and babies unwind during their nighttime routine!

Tranquil

This roll-on is another favorite for sleep because it combines Lavender, Cedarwood (our bedtime BFF!), and Roman Chamomile (another oil synonymous with relaxation) – plus it comes in a roller so all you have to do is apply!

We love to massage this blend onto the neck and shoulders, roll it on the chest and wrists, and apply it to the bottom of the feet before bedtime.

RutaVaLa

You say sleep, I say RutaVaLa! This blend combines three powerhouse oils for promoting healthy rest – Ruta, Lavender, and Valerian. These combine to create a blend that is the ultimate in supporting sweet sleep. And Valerian has been synonymous with sleep for centuries.

Apply RutaVaLa before bedtime to encourage a restful night and/or massage it into your neck and shoulders to unwind and decompress after a long day. Some people don’t love the scent of this oil, so we recommend applying it to the bottom of the feet and putting on some socks. Once you try it and feel the results, you won’t care what it smells like – we promise!

CBD Calm Roll-on

If you want to up the ante when it comes to relaxing and quieting your mind, creating a peaceful nighttime environment, and supporting a worry-free outlook, give the CBD Calm Roll-on a try!

Calm CBD Roll-On contains high-quality CBD with 0.0% THC and an array of sleep supporting essential oils – Frankincense, Lavender, Orange, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang, and more – that  create a peaceful, relaxing environment. This roll-on is a fan favorite for calming racing thoughts and soothing your mind, especially at bedtime..

Frankincense

Frankincense is one of the most desired essential oils available today and is another  must-have for every home! It is our go-to for supporting the immune system, maintaining youthful and vibrant skin, and calming the mind & emotions.

Frankincense is very grounding and can help calm the mind, body, and emotions. It is lovely diffused with Lavender, Valor, and/or Tangerine to set the stage for relaxation and sleep.

Step 2: During checkout, you’ll see an option that says, “Would you like to make this your first loyalty order?” Select “Yes” and all items in your cart will process today for loyalty points, and any Loyalty Rewards-eligible items will appear in your My Loyalty Order tab once your order processes. There is no minimum PV required, but at least one item that is eligible for Loyalty Rewards must be in your cart in order to enroll.

Step 3: Manage your items in your My Loyalty Order tab for next month by adding, deleting, or moving items into Saved for Later before your next process date. Orders process at midnight the night before so make sure to finalize your order the day before it processes.
