banana oatmeal cookie recipe

This little protein packed snack has become a staple for me. Whether a snack or a little treat before bed, it’s so good for you.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop onto a pan for baking.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes.
  5. Let cool on a rack.
  6. Enjoy!
