As we gear up for the bulk of the Christmas season, I’m preparing as best I can for those couple extra routines we’ll be adding to our days to make the Christmas season more special and keep the true meaning at the forefront of our mind and hearts.
Today I wanted to share some of our top picks for the kiddos (all ages).

Let’s start with books –
The Jesus Storybook Bible is a gem that’s been around since Rylie was an infant and I want to gift it to every parent. It’s seriously so beautiful and the stories are short but perfect to create discussion. Our family has had some great conversations initiated by this book and I love the journey it takes you on over the Christmas season.
Save this picture to your phone, put it in your calendar, whatever you gotta do to work it into your bedtime routine or during breakfast. Trust me, it’ll become a highlight of the day.
Now, onto some toys.
Let’s start with the Little People Nativity Set.
This set was gifted to us when Rylie was one and it’s been a treasure every year.
This Nativity Story Box was another gift to us in 2020 and it’s quickly become a favorite around here.
Lastly, new traditions.
I haven’t tried these yet but close friends have raved about them and I placed my order on Amazon – I am so excited for ours to come in the mail!

Whatever you do to keep the true meaning of Christmas at the center of your home with your kids, I hope you have an incredible month creating memories, traditions & I pray over you that you won’t forget to do them ๐ (can I get a hand raise for anyone else you has mom-brain!?)
