“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!” and yet we are either eating bland cereal, sipping a smoothie or skipping completely.
And then we made this gem and it has been a family favorite for months! We’ve made it for some others as well and we hear nothing but good reviews.
We put a “Shaver twist” on it so no, we’re not copying π
INGREDIANTS:
- one pack of biscuits
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups of milk
- 4 tablespoon of butter
- 4 tablespoon of flour
- 1 pound of sausage
- cheese
- salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, mix eggs, 1/2 milk and 1/2tsp of salt&pepper
In one skillet, melt 4 tablespoon of butter. Add 4 tablespoons of flour and stir. Add 2 cups of milk and stir until creamy. Add salt & pepper if desired.
In another skillet, cook 1 pound of sausage.
In a 9×11 pan, add cut biscuits, sausage, cheese (as desired), egg mix and top with gravy mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
