Happy National Peanut Butter Day!
As a personal fan of peanut butter, I thought I would share this gem of a recipe that is sure to make today extra yummy!
Growing up, I remember my mom making this and spreading it over a fresh batch of brownies. Then she would take the leftovers and spread them on graham crackers π uh, YUM!
I asked my mom to share her recipe and this is it.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup of peanut butter (melted)
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of milk
Instructions:
- Mix melted butter and peanut butter together until creamy.
- Add sugar.
- Once thick, add desired amount of milk until consistency you want.
