Last night, Aaron and I made dinner. I was in the mood to try out a recipe from my Pinterest board so we found one we both thought sounded good and then went to the store to get the ingredients that we didn’t have. When we returned, we immediately started cooking. By the time we were done and able to try a bite, it was so delicious I felt like I had to share it on the blog!

{this recipe makes a large serving (can feed up to 20 people). Perfect for leftovers! If you want a more reasonable amount, cut recipe in half}
Ingredients ::
- 1 white onion – diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 (14oz) of Pizza Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 6 cups of Rotini Pasta
- 4 cups of Mozzarella Cheese
- a large bag of sliced pepperoni
Directions ::
Preheat oven to 350F.
Dice onions and put in an iron skillet.
Cook pasta according to the packaging.
Dump pizza sauce into big bowl and add water.
Slice pepperoni in halves or fourths (up to you) and add to bowl.
Drain pasta well.
Pour onions and pasta into bowl with sauce and pepperoni.
Mix well.
Spray glass pan and pour mixture into the pan. Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Cover with aluminum foil (I recommend spraying it with non-stick spray so the cheese doesn’t stick to the top). Put in the oven.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and cook for another 5-10minutes so cheese can fully melt.
Enjoy!!!!
