January = screen-free in our household.
Where pockets of time are filled with books, play-doh, pretend play, and a few minutes outside (dressing warmly, of course). It always amazes me, even with little overall screen use, how drastically life changes when you’re not living for the next screen-fix.
Obviously, this looks different for me as I use my phone to text/call people, take photos, and work. But even having designated times when I utilize screens has been helpful.
Does your family fully cut screens for any amount of time? Have you noticed shifts because of it?
