The word “healthy” has so many different definitions. But the ones that stood out to me when I Googled it was “natural, desirable.”
This word for my year was birthed out of a desire for every area of my life to be healthy. More than just my food, body movement and immune system. I also want my schedule to be healthy, my relationships to be healthy, my business to be healthy, my family interactions, our rhythms, to be healthy. I want my friendships to be healthy and life-giving. I want my relationship with Jesus to be healthy. You get the idea.
I want to minimize the physical and emotional strain I put on myself and find a balance of simplicity and health.
As my year unfolds, I’ll require myself to filter everything through the lens of “is this healthy for me and add to my current purpose?”
