christmas lights at the falls

We went to Noccalula Falls Park on Wednesday (12.15.21) to enjoy their annual Christmas at the Falls celebration where they string 2million lights for the state to see. We went in 2018 and 2019 and it’s become a tradition our family truly enjoys.

We jumped on the train as soon as we arrived. It was a great way for us to check out the land and see what we really wanted to check out but also to appease the girls who had been asking when we were going to ride the train literally all day.

From there, we grabbed a quick bite which brought this donut-loving-girl a lot of joy.

From there we started our walk. I felt a different kind of magic in the moment than I had in past years, and it was precious.

After we had walked the whole park, we jumped on the train one last time before heading home.

We left at 8pm and all the kids fell asleep on the way home. It was truly a wonderful evening and one we will be talking about for many, many days to come.
