Going to the Strawberry Patch in the Spring has become a highly anticipated tradition for our crew. We started it in 2020, a few different times with my giant pregnant belly in 2021, again in 2022 and 2023. This year was no different and we anxiously tasted our favorite strawberries with so much joy!
I ended up asking for four buckets and the kids did a good job filling them up on their own. Spencer and I were picking buddies and then I sprinkled a few more into Paisley’s bucket but the two big girls did it all on their own.
After we picked and paid, we played at the playground for over 3 hours. The weather was just perfect, we packed a lunch and even at 3+ hours I was pulling the kids away reluctantly.
The last few years we’ve gone multiple times a season, and I have no doubt we’ll be back before the season is over.
